Buff Studs started with two mates, a sketchbook, and a shared belief that training should be fun - not forced.

In a fitness world full of extremes, from hyper-serious grind culture to cringe motivational noise, we wanted to create something different. Something light-hearted. Something you’d actually want to wear.

So we began drawing hand-drawn, buff transformations of iconic characters - bringing humour, nostalgia, and creativity into the gym. What started as a joke quickly turned into a brand, and before we knew it, a community formed around it.

Buff Studs sits in the middle of hard training and having a laugh.
We take progress seriously - but not ourselves.
The goal isn’t to impress. It’s to enjoy the process and keep showing up.

Buff Studs is about lifting big, having a laugh, and not taking yourself too seriously while you chase your goals. It’s gym wear that sparks conversations, turns heads, and reminds you that training can be fun.
